The Legendary Bowlers visit Bicester Heritage
Posted on 31 May 2019
Last weekend Bowler attended Land Rover Legends at Bicester Heritage. This is a Land Rover event like no other, celebrating everything special about the brand, both past and present. Only in its second year, it’s a new and exciting event for Land Rover enthusiasts, paying tribute to the iconic marque at Bicester Heritage, bringing together the vehicles, the people and the stories behind the name.
The show saw thousands of fans and owners descend on the former WW2 RAF Bomber Station (and notably to Bowler’s stand). Our stunning Montalcino Red Bowler Defender 110 Conversion turned heads, prompting Defender owners to discuss with our expert team what we can do for their cars.
The Bulldog pleased the crowds, as fans of all ages climbed aboard to see what it’s like to sit in the driver’s seat of an international rally-raid car.
It was incredible to see a variety of Bowlers from years gone by attending the show, especially a Tomcat and a Wildcat in such excellent condition. We also loved seeing Bowler Defender Conversions and standard cars that had our parts fitted, proudly exhibited by their owners.
Thank you to Land Rover Legends and Bicester Heritage for putting on a such fantastic event.
